Riyadh will host Creative Forum 2026 on 3–4 September 2026 at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), bringing together cultural leaders, artists, curators, academics, policymakers and creative professionals for two days of programs on contemporary cultural practices and the social role of creativity.
The forum centers on the idea of the "human imprint" in cultural work, exploring how people and creativity interact as patterns of cultural production and reception continue to change. Core themes include storytelling and identity, creative collaboration networks, the social responsibility of cultural institutions, and the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on creative industries.
The program is built around several formats: 16 panel discussions on cultural transformations and creative production, 8 mentorship sessions offering practical tips and guidance, and six "Coffee with a Cultural Expert" meetings designed for informal dialogue with specialists. Attendees can also join interactive experiences, debates, roundtables, and "Do I Know My Imprint?" sessions focused on personal creative identity and community impact.
How to attend
Participation is not on a walk-in basis. Registration is required and is handled online through the organizing institute's official event page. No government digital service platforms are used for sign-up or access; the process runs through the institute's own systems. Public materials describe the event, dates and registration requirement but do not publish any ticket prices or attendance fees, and participation is tied to the two event dates.
For Riyadh's growing community of artists, students and creative professionals, the forum offers a rare chance to connect directly with regional cultural figures and take part in discussions shaping how creativity is produced and experienced across the Kingdom.
