Families across Saudi Arabia have a wide range of weekend options this season, spanning Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, and the wider Aseer Region, with activities suited to all ages and budgets.
In Riyadh, the JAX District hosts a family-friendly fan zone running from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Located in the Warehouse zone, it features match screenings, stage shows, games, and food and beverage outlets, with afternoon and evening sessions arranged around match times. Tickets typically cost between SAR 60 and SAR 120, sold online and at on-site counters, and are valid only for the selected session.
On the west coast, Jeddah Season continues through late July 2026 with city-wide activities at the Jeddah Corniche, the Jeddah Art Promenade, Jeddah Park, and temporary festival zones. Outdoor family areas and promenades are often free, while branded indoor attractions and concerts range from SAR 25 to SAR 300. Most outdoor zones open from late afternoon to midnight, and indoor shows and kids' activities usually run from 4 PM to 11 PM. Payment is available via Mada, credit card, or STC Pay.
In the south, the Sound of Abha Fest runs from June 1 to August 31, 2026, at festival grounds in central Abha. The event offers live music, kids' workshops, art installations, and food courts, with tickets starting from SAR 7 and an evening program typically from 6 PM to midnight. Across the wider Aseer Region, the "Live the Sky" summer season adds family concerts, heritage markets, outdoor shows, and children's activities in parks, heritage villages, and city squares.
The variety of programs, timings, and price points gives residents and visitors flexible choices for a family day or night out, whether close to home or on a short trip to the mountains or the coast.
