Jeddah will host the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8 to 11, 2026, as part of early preparations for the 2027 Hajj season. More than 520 Saudi and international organizations are expected to take part in the four-day event.
The program will feature a series of workshops alongside an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, a hackathon, and a Business Centre. It will also include dedicated hubs focused on technology, health, media, and aviation, bringing together service providers and decision-makers under one roof.
What the Conference Will Cover
Discussions and sessions are set to address contracts, operational and organizational arrangements, partnerships, and logistics, as well as accommodation, healthcare, transportation, security, technology, and overall seasonal readiness. The aim is to improve the pilgrim experience and strengthen coordination ahead of the season.
For residents in the Kingdom planning for domestic Hajj, applications and permit issuance are handled through the Nusuk application or the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's electronic domestic Hajj pathway. A valid residency permit is required for resident applicants, and priority may be given to residents whose permit was issued more than one Gregorian year earlier.
No confirmed 2027 Hajj pilgrim fees, package prices, registration dates, permit rules, or validity periods were available at this time. Saudi Living will share verified details on costs and timelines once they are officially announced.
