Ladun Investment to List on Saudi Main Market

Shares of Ladun Investment Co. will begin listing and trading on the Main Market on 31 August 2026, entering under the trading symbol 4328 within the real estate management and development sector.

The company has a capital of SAR 500,000,000, divided into 500,000,000 shares. Its shares will be subject to a daily price fluctuation limit of 10%, in line with standard Main Market rules.

How the transfer process works

Under the market-transfer procedure, the transfer document must be published within three trading sessions after approval, and it will remain available for review over ten trading sessions. Trading is then suspended starting the day after that publication period ends, for up to five trading sessions, while the transfer procedures are completed.

The move gives investors in the Kingdom another real estate developer to follow on the Main Market. For residents and expats in the Riyadh and Jeddah communities who watch the property sector, the listing adds a new option within the growing lineup of publicly traded real estate companies, supporting greater transparency and market visibility for the sector.
