The Saudi Exchange has introduced updated trading parameters affecting two listed companies on Thursday 27/08/2026, covering new price fluctuation limits for Naseej International Trading Co. and a securities quantity increase for Arabian Pipes Co. The measures were published through the official electronic disclosure platforms used for corporate actions and trading updates in Saudi Arabia.
For Naseej International Trading Co., the exchange set the daily price fluctuation limits based on a reference share price of SAR 16.24. As part of this adjustment, all outstanding orders on the company's shares were canceled on the same day, meaning investors would need to place fresh orders once trading resumed under the updated parameters.
The change follows the company's capital increase through a rights issue, which was approved during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Wednesday 26/08/2026. The rights issue shares are scheduled to be deposited into investors' portfolios on Monday 31/08/2026.
Separately, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) implemented a securities quantity increase for Arabian Pipes Co. on 14/03/1448H, corresponding to 27/08/2026G. The additional shares were recorded directly in the accounts of eligible securities holders.
Why it matters
These corporate actions are routine but important for shareholders and traders, as they affect how shares are priced, held, and traded. Investors holding positions in either company are advised to review their portfolios and check the updated trading parameters before placing new orders, particularly given the cancellation of outstanding orders on Naseej shares.
