Naseej International Trading Company has announced the start of distributing compensation totalling SAR 6,776,075.68 to shareholders who did not exercise their rights, as well as eligible fractional-share holders, in connection with its 2026 rights issue.
The company said distribution began on 14 October 2026, with payments made through direct deposit by Riyad Bank into the bank accounts linked to eligible shareholders’ investment portfolios. The new shares from the rights issue had been deposited into shareholder accounts on 27 September 2026.
Shareholders do not need to submit any separate application through government platforms such as Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath, Balady, Tawakkalna, or Etimad. The amounts are transferred automatically to the accounts on record.
What shareholders should do
Shareholders whose bank-account details are missing or incomplete are advised to contact the company’s shareholder-relations department or visit the company’s head office to update their information and receive the amounts due. The company can be reached by telephone at 012-6222608 or by email at otaha@naseejco.com.
The move matters for individual investors in the Kingdom, as it ensures that those who chose not to participate in the capital increase — along with holders of fractional entitlements — receive the financial value owed to them in a clear and direct manner.
