Alinma Bank has announced cash dividends for the third quarter of 2025 totaling SAR 746,160,098, to be distributed to eligible shareholders in the Kingdom. The bank set the payout at SAR 0.30 equivalent to 3% of the share's nominal value.
Eligibility for the distribution was determined by share ownership at the close of trading on November 4, 2025. Shareholders needed to be registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date to qualify for the payment.
The bank scheduled the dividend payment for November 18, 2025, when the funds are to be transferred to qualifying investors.
Why it matters
Cash dividends are a key measure of a bank's financial strength and its willingness to share returns directly with investors. For residents and expats who hold shares on the local market, the announcement provides clarity on the amount, eligibility window, and payment date.
The multi-million-riyal distribution reflects continued activity in the Saudi banking sector, which remains a core part of the Kingdom's growing financial landscape. Shareholders are encouraged to confirm their registration details to ensure they receive their entitlements on time.
