The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) has announced an interim cash dividend for the first half of its 2026 financial year, distributing a total of SAR 159.80 million to shareholders. The payout represents 50% of the share's nominal value, at SAR 5.00
Shareholders registered as eligible on the record date of 17 September 2026 will qualify for the dividend, which is scheduled for payment on 7 October 2026. The company confirmed that distributions will be made directly through bank account transfers.
The company's capital stands at SAR 325 million, divided into 32.5 million total shares. Of these, 31.96 million shares are eligible for the distribution.
Why it matters
Interim dividends offer investors a return on their holdings partway through the financial year, rather than waiting until year-end results. For shareholders across the Kingdom, the announcement provides clarity on the timeline and method of payment, allowing them to confirm their eligibility ahead of the record date.
The move reflects the company's continued distribution of returns to its shareholder base, and residents who hold shares are advised to ensure their bank account details are up to date to receive the transfer without delay.
