National Day 96 Fireworks in 9 Saudi Cities

Residents across the Kingdom can look forward to a nationwide celebration as fireworks and drone displays mark Saudi National Day 96 on Wednesday, 23 September 2026. The shows are scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. in nine cities, offering families free public gatherings to share in the occasion.

In Riyadh, the display will light up the skies over Boulevard City, while in Jeddah crowds can watch from Jeddah Promenade. In Al Khobar, the festivities take place along Al Khobar Corniche, and Medina hosts its celebration at King Fahd Central Park.

The remaining cities each have a designated venue. Hail's display will be held at Al Salam Park, Arar at the city's Public Park, and Al Baha at Mashhad Al Eid near Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Road. Tabuk residents can head to Tabuk Central Park, while Buraidah welcomes visitors to King Abdullah National Park.

What to Know Before You Go

All displays start at the same time — 9:00 p.m. — and are set for one night only, 23 September 2026. No ticket price or entry fee has been announced for the fireworks and drone shows, making them accessible to residents and visitors alike.

With synchronized shows spanning the north, center, and west of the Kingdom, the celebrations reflect the community spirit of National Day, inviting families to gather at parks, corniches, and public spaces to enjoy the festivities together.
