Saudi Arabia's National Debt Management Center closed the October 2026 domestic issuance under the Kingdom's riyal-denominated government sukuk program on 20 October 2026, with a total allocation of SAR 6.749 billion.

The issuance was divided into four tranches with staggered maturities. The first tranche totaled SAR 265 million and matures in 2031, while the second tranche reached SAR 2.735 billion and matures in 2033. The third and largest tranche came in at SAR 3.446 billion, maturing in 2036, and the fourth tranche totaled SAR 302 million with a maturity in 2039.

The offering was made available to investors through the Saudi government's official SAR-denominated sukuk program, a recurring channel the Kingdom uses to raise domestic financing.

Why it matters

Monthly government sukuk issuances form part of the Kingdom's broader financing and debt-management activity, offering riyal-denominated investment instruments within the local market. For residents following the Saudi economy, these regular closings reflect the depth and steady activity of the domestic debt market.

No public retail subscription process, individual application steps, periodic profit rate, settlement date, or investor eligibility details were included in the available announcement.
