C4IR Saudi Arabia has announced Quantum Forum 2026, an industry-focused day taking place at King Salman Science Oasis (KSSO) in Riyadh on 30 August 2026. The forum runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Riyadh time) as part of the wider World Quantum Day Riyadh 2026 program.
The event brings together stakeholders from government, industry, academia, and the innovation ecosystem to explore emerging applications of quantum technologies, future talent needs, and opportunities across key sectors in Saudi Arabia and worldwide. The day is built around a series of panel discussions featuring both local and international quantum experts.
One scheduled session, titled “Building the Saudi Quantum Engine: From Research to Use Cases,” runs from roughly 10:50 to 11:30 (Riyadh time). It focuses on moving from quantum research toward commercial and industrial applications within the Kingdom. Speakers include senior figures from Pasqal Arabia and Saudi government technology entities, who will discuss the deployment of Saudi Arabia’s first quantum computer, industrial scalability, ecosystem development, and applications in strategic sectors.
The forum is one part of a larger program. World Quantum Day Riyadh 2026 also includes a public quantum exhibition at King Salman Science Oasis from 7 to 16 April 2026, open to students and families and featuring interactive educational activities about quantum technologies.
For the community, the initiative signals Saudi Arabia’s growing focus on advanced technology and building local expertise in a field expected to shape future industries. Details on registration, participation costs, or fees for the 30 August forum have not been confirmed.
