Diriyah Mosaic Design Workshops Run Through August 29

Art lovers in Riyadh can now try their hand at traditional mosaic making through a series of one-hour workshops held in Diriyah. The sessions teach classic tile techniques inspired by local heritage and run through Saturday, 29 August 2026.

The mosaic workshops are part of a wider summer arts program at the Saudi Museum of Contemporary Art (SAMoCA) in the JAX District of Diriyah, Riyadh. The program runs from Sunday, 12 July to Saturday, 29 August 2026, and features hands-on craft and design activities including ceramics and other traditional craftsmanship sessions delivered by Art of Heritage and partner organizations.

Each mosaic session lasts one hour and focuses on practical skills, giving participants a direct experience of a craft rooted in the Kingdom's cultural traditions. The listing describes it as a single scheduled session; no certification or extended validity period is attached beyond attending the workshop.

Booking for the mosaic workshop is handled online through a commercial event-booking platform (webook.com). Government services such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, or توكلنا are not used for registering for this cultural activity.

Exact ticket prices in ريال سعودي are not published in the available listings, and no official fee table or tiered pricing has been specified. For residents and families in Riyadh looking for a creative summer outing, the workshops offer an accessible way to connect with local heritage and learn a hands-on skill in the heart of Diriyah's growing cultural district.
