Riyadh to Host SFMA EXPO 2026 in September

The third International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition, known as SFMA EXPO 2026, will take place in Riyadh from 20 to 22 September 2026, held under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al‑Hogail and organized by the Saudi Facility Management Association (SFMA).

The three-day event will be hosted at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) on King Abdullah Road, Riyadh 11564. This year's programme carries the theme "Smart Facilities — Smart Cities," focusing on facility management, smart cities, digital transformation, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, operations, maintenance, sustainability, and urban efficiency.

Programme and scale

Organisers expect more than 225 participating entities and over 200 local and international speakers, alongside more than 120 workshops. The event also features an exhibition zone, an innovation zone, specialized workshops, and networking activities designed to connect professionals across the sector.

For visitors planning their day, the conference sessions typically run from 10:00 to 18:00, while the exhibition is open from 13:00 to 21:00, with the overall daily window at RICEC listed as around 09:00 to 19:00.

General visitor entry is free, with no ticket charge announced for public attendance. Sponsorship and participation are handled as commercial arrangements. The event offers residents, professionals, and businesses in Riyadh a practical look at how smart technologies are reshaping the management of buildings and cities across the Kingdom.
