Several companies listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) are moving ahead with capital increase plans in 2026, using a mix of bonus shares and rights issues. All transactions are regulated and approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), with implementation and trading details published through the exchange's issuer announcements system.
Bonus share increases, funded from retained earnings or reserves, remain common. Arabian Pipes Company is raising its capital from SAR 200,000,000 to SAR 252,000,000 by issuing one bonus share for every four existing shares, transferring SAR 52,000,000 from retained earnings. Mulkia Investment Company is increasing its capital from SAR 78,000,000 to SAR 90,000,000 through one bonus share for every 6.5 existing shares, funded by SAR 12,000,000 from retained earnings.
Arabian Centres Company plans to raise its capital from SAR 4,750,000,000 to about SAR 5,176,587,620 by granting one bonus share for every 12 existing shares, with SAR 426,587,620 transferred from retained earnings. In a larger move, Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) has a board recommendation to increase capital by 100 percent, granting one new share for each existing share.
On the rights issue side, Saudi Cable Company has proposed raising its capital from about SAR 66,729,060 to about SAR 191,729,060 through a rights issue totaling SAR 400,000,000, offering 12,500,000 new shares at SAR 32 each — SAR 10 nominal value plus SAR 22 issuance premium. The application remains under CMA review and is subject to Extraordinary General Assembly approval.
For shareholders and residents following the market, these steps signal continued corporate activity across industrial, investment, and energy-linked sectors. Eligibility for bonus shares is typically based on ownership registered at the Securities Depository Center at the close of the second trading day after the due date set by each company's board.
