Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2026 in Riyadh

The Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo returns to Riyadh, bringing together companies and specialists from across the logistics and supply chain sector for a dedicated intralogistics and supply chain exhibition. The 2026 edition — the third since the event launched in 2024 — is scheduled for 30 August to 1 September 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC) in Riyadh Front, Riyadh.

The three-day exhibition runs each day from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Admission is free of charge for trade and industry professionals, with no ticket fee for standard entry. Registration is done online through the organizer's official event portal and is mandatory for entry, restricted to professional visitors aged 18 and above. The event is held in person only.

The expo gathers participants across warehousing, intralogistics, automation, transport, cold chain, last-mile delivery, freight, and industrial real estate. Exhibitors typically include Saudi-based and international logistics firms, technology providers, industrial developers, and government-related logistics entities, all showcasing products, systems, and services aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.

Alongside the exhibition floor, the program usually features conference sessions, panel discussions, and product demonstrations covering warehouse automation, warehouse management systems (WMS), material handling equipment, and logistics technology.

For the growing community of professionals working in logistics and supply chains across the Kingdom, the event offers a practical opportunity to explore new solutions and connect with regional and international suppliers. Entry to the expo is free and separate from any standard Saudi entry visa costs that may apply to foreign visitors.
