The third edition of the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2026 will take place in Riyadh from 8 to 10 September 2026, bringing together government agencies, logistics leaders, investors, technology providers and supply chain specialists to develop the Kingdom's logistics ecosystem.
The three-day event will run daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) on King Abdullah Road. Promoted as the Kingdom's largest gathering for warehousing, logistics and supply chain professionals, the expo aligns with the National Transport and Logistics Strategy and رؤية السعودية 2030.
Focus areas and scale
The program covers logistics infrastructure and investment, warehousing and distribution, transport, digital resilience, and supply chain security. The expo is set to host around 350–400 exhibiting companies from more than 25 countries, showcasing over 4,000 products and services across an exhibition area of about 20,000 square meters. Sectors on display include cold chain, last-mile delivery, e-commerce fulfillment, ports and terminals, and 3PL services.
Entry and registration
Visitor admission is free of charge, with no ticket price listed for entry. Access is restricted to trade and industry professionals, and visitors under 18 years are not permitted. Entry is via pre-registration and badge collection at the venue.
To attend, professionals register through the official expo visitor portal by completing an online form with their name, mobile number, email, company, job title, country, sector and areas of interest. A confirmation email with a QR code or registration ID is then sent, which is presented at RICEC registration counters to print a visitor badge.
For the Kingdom's logistics community and businesses working in supply chains, the expo offers a practical opportunity to explore new technologies, connect with investors and stay current with sector developments.
