Jeddah is set to host SEREDO 2026, the fifth edition of the Saudi Expo for Real Estate Development and Ownership, at Jeddah Superdome on Madinah Road near King Abdulaziz International Airport from 6 to 8 September 2026, daily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The three-day event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
The expo brings together more than 50 entities, including government bodies, private-sector organizations, real estate developers, and financing companies. Its exhibition stands will display residential and commercial projects, financing offers, and ownership options, alongside workshops and panel discussions covering real estate market trends and sustainable urban development.
Positioned as a national platform for real estate development and housing supply, the event is aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The Real Estate General Authority participates to present regulatory developments and engage directly with investors, developers, and prospective homebuyers.
Scale and who should attend
The 2026 SEREDO editions collectively spotlight mega projects valued in the billions of Saudi riyals and thousands of housing units. The Eastern Province edition held in May 2026 alone featured projects valued at around SAR 3–7 billion across more than 11,000 housing units, pointing to a similar scale for the Jeddah edition.
The expo targets developers, investors, professionals, and families looking to buy a home. Visitor entry is managed through online registration on the official expo website, with registration open to the general public. For participation, sponsorship, or exhibition bookings, the Jeddah office is located at Andalus Tower, 9th floor, Office 906, Madinah Road, Al Faisaliah District, with a contact number of +966 58 008 0464.
