SEREDO 2026 Real Estate Expo Opens in Jeddah

Jeddah is set to host the fifth edition of the Saudi Expo for Real Estate Development and Ownership, known as SEREDO 2026, from 6 to 8 September 2026 at the Jeddah Superdome. The exhibition runs daily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and brings together developers, investors, financing institutions, and prospective homeowners under one roof.

Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate General Authority, the three-day event features participation from more than 50 government and private entities, including real estate developers, financing companies, and industry specialists.

Earlier editions attracted around 35,000 visitors, with multiple projects and investment deals showcased and signed during the exhibition. Exhibited developments span residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Saudi Arabia, including mega projects valued in the billions of riyals and tens of thousands of housing units presented in earlier 2026 editions.

Beyond the exhibition floor, the program includes workshops, panel discussions, and awareness sessions covering market trends, financing options, and sustainable urban development — all aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Official regulators and municipal and housing entities take part through dedicated booths and on-site counters, giving visitors direct access to officials and developers.
