A new entertainment destination has opened in Tabuk under the SEVEN brand, operated by Saudi Projects for Entertainment. SEVEN Tabuk is the operator's second destination after SEVEN Abha, and it sits on King Faisal Road in the heart of the city.
The destination is built on a land area of about 40,000 square metres, with a built-up area of roughly 72,500 to 73,000 square metres, and carries an investment value of more than SAR 1 billion. It is designed as an open, village-style destination featuring gardens, parks, sports fields and a central water tower inspired by Tabuk's agricultural heritage.
Space at SEVEN Tabuk is allocated with about 78% dedicated to entertainment, 14% to cafés and restaurants, and 8% to retail stores. Key attractions include an immersive indoor Discovery Adventures centre that blends entertainment and education, a family entertainment centre of around 4,000 square metres, an e-karting circuit for adults and children, a 12-hole indoor adventure golf course using interactive technology, a 10-lane bowling alley and a 10-screen cinema, alongside multiple gaming zones and food and beverage outlets.
Why it matters
SEVEN Tabuk is part of a wider rollout that includes five destinations set to open by 2026 across Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, Madinah and a site in Riyadh (Al Hamra). The full programme aims to develop 21 entertainment destinations across 14 cities in Saudi Arabia, with a total investment of about SAR 50 billion, supporting the growth of the leisure sector nationwide.
As of mid-2026, public information focuses on the project's scale, components and opening schedule. Exact ticket prices, individual attraction fees, parking charges and restaurant menu prices have not yet been officially published in verifiable schedules.
