Tabuk Sports Program Boosts Community Health

A community sports event titled "Move With Us, Tabuk" was held at Tabuk Central Park, bringing together residents for a day of physical activity and health awareness. The program featured running, cycling, group fitness exercises, and health-education booths aimed at encouraging active lifestyles across the city.

The event was organized by the Saudi Sports for All Federation as part of wider efforts to increase daily physical activity and support healthier habits among community members of all ages.

Free Summer Sports for Students

Alongside the event, the University of Tabuk offers a free Summer Sports Initiative open to students aged seven and above. The university's sports facilities include football fields, swimming pools, fitness centers, and a multipurpose sports complex, many of which are also made available for community activities.

Tabuk is also home to King Khalid Sports City, which hosts a range of sporting events and serves as a hub for athletic activity in the region.

For families in Tabuk, these initiatives offer accessible and often free ways to stay active, learn about healthy living, and make use of quality local facilities. Together, they reflect a growing focus on community wellness and participation in sport across the city.
