Al Hilal Beat Al Faisaly 4-2 in Season Opener

Al Hilal launched the 2026–27 Roshn Saudi League season with a 4–2 home victory over Al Faisaly at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh on Friday, 14 August 2026, in a late-evening kick-off before a home crowd.

Karim Benzema opened the scoring from the penalty spot, with Malcom adding a further goal and Rúben Neves converting two penalties to complete the tally for the hosts. Al Faisaly responded in the second half through Alexandre Mendy and Théo Bongonda, but the visitors were unable to close the gap.
