Al Hilal Draw 1-1 With Al Nassr, Extend Unbeaten Run

Al Nassr and Al Hilal played out a 1–1 draw in a top-of-the-table clash of the 2025–26 Saudi Pro League, staged at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh on 12 May 2026 before a crowd of 26,003 spectators.

Mohamed Simakan put Al Nassr ahead in the 37th minute, and the hosts looked set to claim all three points until a Bento own goal deep in stoppage time (90+8') levelled the score for Al Hilal. The late equaliser extended Al Hilal's unbeaten league run to 32 matches, comprising 23 wins and 9 draws with no defeats at that stage.

Despite dropping two points, Al Nassr held on to the top of the table with 83 points, five clear of Al Hilal on 78. The result keeps the title race tightly contested as the season heads toward its closing rounds.

The fixture was played at Al-Awwal Park, Al Nassr's home ground in northwest Riyadh near King Saud University, with a capacity of about 26,004. Al Hilal's home venue, Kingdom Arena, seats around 26,090. High-demand Riyadh derbies like this one are typically scheduled in prime-time evening slots, with kick-offs between 20:00 and 22:00 local time.
