Al-Maghlouth Named Vice Minister of Media

Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Maghlouth has been appointed Vice Minister of Media at the excellent rank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under a royal order issued on 24 Sha'ban 1447, corresponding to 12 February 2026.

The royal order directs that the decision be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation, in line with the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Grade.

Al-Maghlouth moves into the new role after serving as Assistant Minister of Media at the excellent rank, a position he was appointed to under an earlier royal order dated 12 December 2023.

The decision is an internal state appointment carried out through official government channels. It defines a position and rank within the Ministry of Media and does not involve any public fees, ticketing, or procedures on electronic platforms such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, or توكلنا.

For residents and citizens, appointments at this level shape how the Ministry of Media plans and delivers its work across the Kingdom, supporting continuity in the leadership overseeing the country's media sector.
