Why it matters
The Capital Market Authority regulates the Saudi financial market, overseeing listed companies, investors, and market participants. Leadership at the top of the CMA shapes the direction of investor protection, market development, and the continued growth of trading activity in the Kingdom.
For residents and investors, day-to-day services for investors and listed companies continue to be handled through the CMA's own online portals and Saudi Exchange channels.
