A new Saudi luxury business hotel has opened its doors in Riyadh, positioning itself as a fresh hospitality landmark within مركز الملك عبدالله المالي. Atheel KAFD Hotel, located in the Al Aqiq District (Riyadh 13519), is now open and welcoming guests in 2026.
Operated by Adeera Hospitality, the property is the first Saudi-managed hotel within مركز الملك عبدالله المالي. It sits inside The Leaf at KAFD, placing guests close to the district's commercial, conferencing, and lifestyle facilities.
The hotel offers 214 rooms and suites. Options include Superior King and Twin rooms of about 40 m², Premium rooms, Junior suites, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, up to a Presidential Suite spanning more than 230 m². Five restaurants and cafés serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside integrated business and events facilities aimed at corporate travelers, local guests, and international visitors.
For meetings and events, the hotel runs the Atheel Meetings & Events Centre within the district, offering multiple function rooms with banquet, classroom, theater, boardroom, and reception setups. Event pricing is quoted case-by-case through the hotel's sales and events team.
A typical current 2026 public member rate is listed around 1,440 ريال سعودي per night (room-only) for standard categories, excluding taxes and fees; actual rates vary by room type, date, and availability. Check-in is typically from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00, with early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and extra charges. Bookings and current prices are available through the official hotel website and major booking platforms, with rates shown in ريال سعودي and applicable VAT and tourism fees added at checkout.
