Cityscape Global 2026 Returns to Riyadh in November

Cityscape Global 2026 will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham, North Riyadh, from 16 to 19 November 2026, bringing together investors, developers, brokers, real estate companies and homebuyers under the banner "Capital of Real Estate." The four-day event will run daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The exhibition is positioned as a major platform for Saudi real estate and urban development, highlighting the Kingdom's growing role as a global hub for property innovation and its ongoing development boom. Organizers say the event will connect Saudi Arabia's homebuyers and property investors with developers, banks and policymakers in a single marketplace, allowing buyers to compare a wide range of residential developments and financing options.

This edition places a strong focus on flagship national developments and giga-projects, supported by programs aligned with رؤية السعودية 2030 and the national Housing Program. A new platform, "Capitals by Cityscape Global," has also been launched to connect large-scale global capital with Saudi real estate projects and masterplans, offering institutional investor programs alongside curated meetings and site visits centered on Saudi developments.

For residents and expats considering a home purchase, the event offers a chance to view residential projects and financing options in one place, and to meet developers directly. Participation is in-person only at the Malham venue. Ticketing varies by category: some listings show paid access starting from 2,438 ريال سعودي, while others describe free entry, so prices differ depending on the ticket type and package selected.
