GOSI Adds Seven New Languages to App and Website

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has added seven new languages to its website and app, giving a wider range of residents access to its digital services in their own languages. The update was introduced in October 2026.

The new languages are Urdu, Bengali, Filipino, Hindi, Sinhala, Nepali, and Indonesian, joining the existing Arabic and English options. All seven are available in the GOSI app through Lite Mode, while three of the seven are currently available on the GOSI website.

The added languages support access to insurance rights and obligations, compensation services, workplace-injury services, applications, and related procedures. Changing the language of GOSI digital services carries no fee.

Why it matters

The move is aimed at making social insurance services easier to understand for the Kingdom's large expatriate workforce. By offering key procedures in widely spoken languages, GOSI reduces the barriers that non-Arabic and non-English speakers may face when checking their rights or completing transactions.

GOSI digital services are accessed through the GOSI website and the GOSI app, with 24/7 availability for its listed digital services. Examples include the immediate issuance of contribution e-certificates and pension-amount certificates, as well as adding Saudi or non-Saudi contributors. GOSI notes that paying a non-Saudi subscriber may take up to two working days.

Residents can switch to one of the supported languages directly through the app's Lite Mode or on the website to review their insurance information and complete procedures more easily.
