Khaleeji 27 in Jeddah to Create Jobs for Saudis

Jeddah is preparing to host Khaleeji 27 from 23 September to 6 October 2026, a tournament expected to open direct and indirect job opportunities for Saudi talent while offering hands-on experience in organizing and running major sporting events.

The competition brings together eight national teams competing across 15 matches. Games will be played at Alinma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City, Jeddah, and at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium in Jeddah.

Saudi participation is set to span a wide range of roles, including match operations, fan reception, crowd management, logistics, media, marketing, customer service, transportation, hospitality, and technical operations. For young professionals and job seekers, the event represents a chance to gain practical skills in large-scale event delivery.

Tickets and access

Reported ticket prices range from SAR 22 to SAR 355, depending on the stadium, the match, and the seating category. Tickets are digital and can be obtained through the Gulf Football Federation ticketing website and the GFF Tickets app.

For the local community, the tournament is more than a fortnight of football. It is an opportunity to build experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country, as Jeddah welcomes teams and fans from across the region. No fee, application process, validity period, or official recruitment channel for the Saudi employment opportunities has been publicly specified at this stage.
