LG Electronics has opened the Middle East's first B2B-exclusive artificial intelligence home experience space in Riyadh, located inside the LG Riyadh Brand Shop. The showcase is designed for corporate and institutional clients rather than everyday shoppers, and operates through pre-arranged visits and meetings.
The space is set up as a fully furnished premium home, complete with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It integrates built-in appliances, IoT devices, energy management and security features into a single connected smart home and smart building system, giving corporate visitors a real-world look at how the solutions work together.
At the heart of the offering is the LG ThinQ ON AI home hub, which links home appliances and built-in kitchen equipment with sensors and controllers for lighting, air conditioning, access control and security. The platform also handles real-time energy monitoring and optimization, along with tracking of indoor conditions.
Who it targets
The showroom is aimed at construction firms and large developers of residential and mixed-use projects, real estate companies looking for integrated smart home packages for new buildings, and hospitality operators such as hotels and serviced apartments that need AI-based guest room and building-management systems.
Available offerings include turnkey AI home packages that combine appliances, IoT devices and building-management integration for new compounds and towers, smart building solutions covering HVAC, power and energy management and security, and customized built-in appliance portfolios tailored to Saudi interior and architectural preferences.
The Riyadh space is positioned as a regional hub serving B2B clients from Saudi Arabia, the wider Middle East and parts of Africa. For a market seeing rapid growth in large-scale residential, mixed-use and hospitality developments, the showcase offers developers a practical way to plan smart, energy-efficient buildings before construction begins.
