Roshn Group Names Naaman Atallah as Group CEO

Roshn Group, the Saudi Arabia-based property developer owned by the Public Investment Fund, has appointed Naaman Atallah as its new Group Chief Executive Officer. The appointment takes effect on 1 September 2026.

Atallah succeeds Sabah Barakat, who had been serving as Acting Group CEO. The change places the developer under a new permanent leadership as it continues to expand its footprint across the Kingdom.

Why it matters

As a PIF-owned company, Roshn Group plays a significant role in the Kingdom's growing residential development sector. Its projects are aimed at expanding housing options for families and communities across Saudi Arabia, making leadership decisions at the top of the company relevant to future residents and buyers alike.

The appointment of a permanent Group CEO signals continuity and long-term planning for the developer's ongoing communities and projects. For residents and prospective homebuyers, stable leadership is often seen as a positive sign for the delivery and management of large-scale developments.

Further details on the leadership transition and the company's upcoming plans are expected to follow closer to the effective date.
