Why it matters

For residents and expats across Riyadh, Jeddah and other cities, ongoing construction activity translates into new housing, roads, utilities and public facilities that shape daily life. The pace of project awards also reflects broader economic growth tied to national development goals, and typically supports jobs and business opportunities within the contracting and services chain.
