The sixth edition of the Saudi Event Show 2026 will bring together more than 5,500 professionals from the events, entertainment, marketing, and business-tourism (MICE) sectors when it opens in Riyadh on 9–10 September 2026. Described as the Kingdom's largest dedicated exhibition for these industries, the two-day event will host over 100 exhibitors and suppliers.
The show takes place at The Arena Riyadh Venue for Exhibitions (The Arena by Live Show Arabia) in the Gharnatah district, on Imam Abdullah bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Road, Riyadh 13241. Entry and registration are free of charge for both the exhibition and the seminar programme, with no paid tickets listed for general visitors.
Exhibition hours run from 12:00 to around 20:00 on Wednesday 9 September, and from 12:00 to 18:00 on Thursday 10 September. Alongside the exhibition stands, visitors can attend more than 15 hours of free seminar sessions featuring over 30 regional and global speakers, covering events, entertainment, marketing, and MICE operations in Saudi Arabia.
A linked ceremony, the Saudi Event Awards 2026, is scheduled for 10 September 2026 at the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh. The published dress code for visitors attending The Arena is smart casual or national attire.
For the community, the show reflects the fast-growing events and entertainment industry across the Kingdom, offering residents and professionals a free platform to explore new suppliers, network, and follow industry trends. Registration is handled through the event's own online portal. Exhibitor stands, sponsorship packages, and freight handling arrangements are managed directly with the organiser and its logistics partner.
