SEREDO 2026 Real Estate Expo Opens in Jeddah

Jeddah has opened the fifth edition of the Saudi Expo for Real Estate Development and Ownership (SEREDO) 2026 at Jeddah Superdome, with the event held from 6 to 8 September 2026. The venue is located on Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road, near King Abdulaziz International Airport.

The three-day expo is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and features participation from the Real Estate General Authority, government entities, real estate developers, investors, and financing institutions. Public visiting hours run from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day.

This Jeddah edition marks the fifth SEREDO expo. The fourth edition for 2026 was held earlier in the year in the Eastern Province in Dammam. The event has expanded to a larger Jeddah Superdome format, drawing more than 50 government and private entities under one roof.

Entry and registration

Entry for general visitors is free of charge, with registration completed through the official SEREDO event form online, alongside on-site registration at Jeddah Superdome. No government e-services or additional platforms are required for general visitors to attend. Registration and visitor badges are valid only for the three event days, with no ongoing pass beyond the expo period.

Exhibitors and sponsors arrange commercial participation packages directly with the organizing company through the listed contact details; these fees are contractual and are not published as fixed price tables.
