Magna AI has concluded its participation at LEAP 2026, held over four days from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, announcing six new strategic cooperation agreements aimed at expanding sovereign artificial intelligence across the Kingdom.
Magna AI is a sovereign AI transformation company established through a partnership between Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH), and powered by NVIDIA technologies. During the event, the company showcased a full sovereign AI value chain — covering infrastructure, platforms, applications, and cybersecurity — through eight live demo pods in the DeepFest hall at Booth H5 F40.
Six new agreements
The six agreements were signed with Boud, Foresighted, Intella, MBUZZ, Mannai, and VAST Data. Four of these partners are Saudi-based companies — Boud, Foresighted, Intella, and MBUZZ — with cooperation focused on AI adoption, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and expanding compute capabilities within the Kingdom.
The agreements cover a range of joint work, including enterprise AI infrastructure, secure platforms, data-driven solutions, and production-scale AI deployment. The collaboration with Mannai extends to regional AI infrastructure beyond Saudi Arabia, while the framework with VAST Data focuses on sovereign AI infrastructure combining strategy, engineering, integration, security, and operations.
Several partnerships also include plans for AI academies and certification programs designed to strengthen national capabilities in line with Saudiization objectives, alongside AI transformation services for governments and enterprises in regulated industries.
The announcements build on Magna AI's wider Saudi agenda in 2026, which includes a strategic cooperation with Emaar Executive Company to develop specialized AI data centers in the Kingdom, with Magna AI providing AI architecture, secure platforms, execution environments, and data governance. For residents and businesses, the moves point to growing local AI capacity, more specialized data centers, and new training pathways for Saudi talent.
