Tabuk Park Launches Move With Us Sports Program

Tabuk Central Park is hosting a community sports program titled "Move With Us, Tabuk," aimed at encouraging residents to make regular physical activity part of their daily routine.

The program seeks to spread a culture of sport as a way of life, inviting people of different ages to take part in exercise in an open, welcoming outdoor setting. By bringing activity into a familiar public space, organizers hope to make working out feel accessible and enjoyable rather than a chore.

Community sports initiatives like this one reflect a growing focus across the Kingdom on health, well-being, and active living. Public parks are increasingly being used as spaces where families and individuals can gather, stay active, and build healthier habits together.

For Tabuk residents, the program offers a simple opportunity to add movement to their week close to home, whether alone, with friends, or as a family. Turning a local park into a hub for exercise also helps strengthen the sense of community and encourages more people to stay active on a regular basis.
