He is described as the founder of the Government Communication Center at the Ministry of Media, and previously served as Assistant Minister of Media at the Excellent Grade under a royal order dated 12 December 2023. The latest appointment marks a career progression from government spokesperson and communication leadership to Assistant Minister of Media (2023–2026), and now Deputy Minister of Media from 12 February 2026 onward.
The decree is an internal personnel and governance matter affecting state leadership. It does not involve any public fees, user procedures, or electronic service steps for residents, and no service charges or renewal fees are attached to the order.
