Aramco Stadium Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco based in Dhahran, officially launched on 14 April 2026 and announced its inaugural executive leadership team. The company was established to manage the commercial operations and facility management of Aramco Stadium.
Fahad K. Al Dhubaib has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, with Mohammed Al Thomairi named Vice Chairman. The board also includes Abdulrahman Alqudaib, Bader Alreziza, Nader Mohammed Saleh Ashoor, Jefferson Slack, and James Bisgrove as directors. Matthew Kittle has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.
The company said its board and executive team bring experience across global sports and entertainment development, large-scale facility and event operations, commercial development, and financial sustainability. Aramco Stadium Company will oversee the venue's commercial operations and facility management under a long-term concession arrangement linked to Saudi Aramco's operation of the stadium.
The launch signals a step forward for sports and entertainment infrastructure in the Eastern Province, an area of growing interest for residents and expatriates who follow the Kingdom's expanding sports scene. For fans, however, there is currently no public information on ticket prices, service fees, or fan access procedures for the stadium under the new company. Saudi Living will share updates as further details are confirmed.
