10 Billion Steps: Nationwide Walking Campaign for 2026

The Saudi Sports for All Federation has launched a nationwide activity campaign called “10 Billion Steps,” inviting everyone across Saudi Arabia to collectively record 10 billion steps. The campaign runs from July to December 2026 and carries the slogan “Don’t Count Your Steps, Let Them Count.”

Both residents and visitors in Saudi Arabia can take part. Participation is simple: download the official Saudi Sports for All Federation app, sign in, activate step tracking, and connect a phone or a wearable device. From there, the app automatically records daily steps.

The app does more than count. It displays personal progress alongside the national tally, so participants can see how their daily walks contribute to the shared goal. It also supports challenges and activities to keep users motivated throughout the campaign period.

Why It Matters

The initiative encourages a more active lifestyle in an easy, inclusive way, turning everyday movement into a shared national effort. No participation fee is stated, and the campaign does not require government platforms such as Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath, Balady, Tawakkalna, or Etimad.

Participation remains open throughout the campaign period, which ends in December 2026. Anyone looking to add a simple, health-focused habit to their routine can join at any point before then and start adding their steps to the national total.
