The Citizen's Account program has clarified how eligibility applies to comprehensive rehabilitation beneficiaries, confirming that their inclusion follows the program's standard eligibility review rather than any separate or fee-based service. The clarification comes through the Citizen Account digital service under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
the program is a cash support program, and there are no application fees or service charges for registration or for the eligibility review. Beneficiaries do not need to pay for any step to check or confirm their status.
The official process remains straightforward: applicants register or log in, complete their household and income details, and then review the outcome in the account's Eligibility Study section. Eligibility results are processed on a monthly cycle, and the result appears directly in the applicant's account.
Who is eligible
The current rules include Saudi nationality, permanent residence in the Kingdom, and income and asset eligibility checks. Disability-related social protection categories are also recognized within the wider ministry framework, which is why comprehensive rehabilitation beneficiaries are covered under the same standard assessment.
The support program has been extended to continue through the end of 2026, giving beneficiaries continued access to cash assistance during that period.
For the community, the main takeaway is clear: eligibility is handled through the official digital service at no cost, and beneficiaries should rely only on the account's Eligibility Study section to confirm their status rather than any paid intermediary.
