Cityscape Global 2026 to Spotlight Saudi Property

Cityscape Global 2026 will take place from 16 to 19 November 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham, north of الرياض, positioning itself as a major platform for Saudi Arabia's real estate and urban development pipeline.

The event will spotlight the kingdom's fast-growing property sector, showcasing housing, mixed-use, hospitality, and infrastructure projects aligned with رؤية السعودية 2030. Its primary focus is Saudi Arabia, with discussions on investment and capital flows across local real estate, energy and renewables, and transport infrastructure.

What visitors can expect

The agenda includes a Future of Living Summit centred on destinations and experiences, hospitality, retail, mixed-use development, and placemaking within Saudi mega-projects. Organisers are emphasising integrated mixed-use communities and vibrant, year-round developments across the kingdom.

The event targets investors, developers, real estate brokers, real estate companies, and homebuyers active in Saudi Arabia. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to enter the venue.

Registration is handled online through the official Cityscape Global website, and pre-registration is mandatory for admission. Pass options include a free Standard Pass, a paid Advantage Pass with limited capacity, and a paid Elite Pass capped at 300 passes. Exact prices for paid passes have not been published. Fees for paid passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and registration covers access to the event only, not accommodation or meals.
