Dammam Sports City: SAR 1bn Project Announced

A new private-sector sports development valued at up to SAR 1 billion is planned for Dammam in the Eastern Province. Known as Dammam Sports City, the project was presented as an investment opportunity during the Sports Investment Forum 2026, held in Riyadh.

The project was formally associated with a signed agreement in April 2026. Parties involved in the agreement include the Sharqia Development Authority, the Sports Investment Forum, Dammam Valley Company, and the وزارة الاستثمار.
