Gaming Takes Center Stage at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh

Electronic gaming took a leading role at LEAP 2026, held from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north Riyadh. The event featured an interactive electronic-games zone showcasing hands-on gaming experiences and the latest in digital content.

Visitors could explore a wide range of activities, including GameX Creative, live game reveals, a Roblox obstacle course, and an ESL FACEIT esports racing simulator. The zone brought together developers, players, and fans of gaming and digital entertainment in one interactive space.

Tickets and access

General admission was free for those who registered by 30 August 2026. From 31 August, general admission cost USD 50, roughly SAR 188. A priority pass was priced at approximately SAR 3,000, while the VIP pass sold out. General admission ran from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., while priority, VIP, speaker, investor, founder, and media holders could enter from 12:00 p.m.

Registration was completed through the official LEAP website. On arrival, attendees needed a Saudi national ID or iqama for identity verification and badge collection. The event was open to visitors aged 18 and over, and children's passes were not available.

For Riyadh residents and the wider tech and gaming community, the event underscored the Kingdom's growing role as a hub for gaming and digital innovation, offering both enthusiasts and industry professionals a space to connect and experience new technology first-hand.
