HUMAIN Launches NVIDIA AI Cloud, Horizon Ultra PC

Saudi company HUMAIN, owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has launched a sovereign artificial intelligence cloud in Saudi Arabia powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra (HGX B300) accelerated computing systems, and has unveiled a new AI laptop called Horizon Ultra. The company also agreed with DataVolt to develop major AI data center capacity in NEOM.

HUMAIN provides full-stack sovereign AI infrastructure and services for government and enterprise across the Kingdom. Its new NVIDIA-powered cloud is already running AI workloads for government bodies and businesses locally. The service is part of a national program to deploy large-scale GPU capacity, with framework allocations publicly referencing tens of thousands of NVIDIA GB300 systems and potential expansion toward a multi-hundred-thousand-unit ceiling over several years, subject to export licensing.

These cloud offerings are enterprise and government services accessed through HUMAIN's own commercial and governmental channels. They are not provisioned via Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath, or other standard citizen portals. As of early September 2026, no official pricing in Saudi Riyal, fee schedule, or subscription tiers has been published.

Horizon Ultra AI PC

Developed jointly by HUMAIN and Qualcomm, Horizon Ultra is an agentic AI laptop built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Elite platform. It features an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU, an Adreno GPU, and a Hexagon NPU with around 80 TOPS of dedicated AI acceleration, enabling on-device model execution with optional cloud connectivity.

Unveiled at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, Horizon Ultra is scheduled to be available to enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia from 20 September 2026, sold through HUMAIN's enterprise channels and local partner AlFalak rather than public e-government platforms. The first commercial units will run Microsoft Windows, with HUMAIN planning to introduce its own HUMAIN OS on a next-generation Horizon Ultra in 2027. A wider Horizon lineup is also planned, including Horizon S for students and Horizon Pro.

The moves signal Saudi Arabia's growing push to build local AI infrastructure and hardware for organizations across the Kingdom.
