LEAP 5 Tech Event Returns to Riyadh in 2026
The fifth edition of the LEAP technology event is heading back to Riyadh in 2026, positioning the capital as a major hub for global tech. LEAP 5 will run from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (RECC) in Malham, north of Riyadh, gathering international tech leaders, investors, startups, and policymakers.
Across its four days, the event opens daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Standard General Admission passes were offered free during the Early Bird phase, which ends on 18 January 2026, with prices rising in later phases. Tickets are non-refundable, though attendees may transfer a pass to a colleague before the event, subject to approval through the official channel. Upgrades from General to Priority or VIP tiers are permitted while spots remain.
The pass lineup covers a range of attendees. The General Pass provides baseline access; the Priority Pass adds lounges, curated networking, private dining, and Tech Tours; and the VIP Pass caters to senior leaders with concierge meeting support, valet, transfers, and fast-track entry. Dedicated Founder, Investor, Student, and Media passes are also available, with Investor passes requiring qualification and approval. Exact SAR-denominated fees for each tier are not published, with some listings showing premium passes reaching the equivalent of around USD 3,500.
LEAP 5 is supported by Saudi public entities focused on investment and technology, including engagement with the Ministry of Investment and the Public Investment Fund through associated missions and business programs. Registration and ticket purchases run through the event's official ticketing system.
For international attendees, many nationalities can obtain a Saudi e-visa or visa on arrival, while others need a standard visa in advance. Holders of valid and previously used US, UK, or Schengen visas, or permanent residents of those jurisdictions, may qualify for facilitated entry, subject to conditions.
