MAQAR Business Launches Abhur Workspace Campaign

MAQAR Business, a flexible workspace and business community concept operated by MAQAR International Company, launched its "Make Abhur Your Business Home" campaign in early September 2026 to grow the professional community in North Jeddah. The site is located in Abhur, on and around Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Street in the coastal area of North Jeddah.

The campaign positions Abhur as a professional base for entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, startups, freelancers, consultants, and corporate teams looking for a flexible presence in the north of the city. The offering includes private offices, shared and co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and areas for professional gatherings, workshops, business events, and community activities.

Ready-to-use spaces

MAQAR says the concept is built around ready-to-use workspaces that cut the operational effort of setting up a traditional office, alongside an integrated business community that brings together workspace, services, relationships, and opportunities in one environment. Core services advertised include business setup and support, business development, and flexible office solutions.

The targeted segments include entrepreneurs and SME owners, startups and independent professionals, freelancers and professional service providers, corporate teams needing a flexible base in North Jeddah, and consultants who need a suitable place to receive clients and hold meetings.

As of September 2026, public campaign materials do not state exact prices in Saudi Riyal for private offices, co-working desks, meeting rooms, or event spaces, nor do they detail contract terms or renewal conditions. Interested clients are directed to MAQAR's own channels — the company website, email, and direct contact with the Abhur location — to learn more.
