MIS Expands HUMAIN AI Data Center to 250 MW

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has received a letter of award from HUMAIN, dated 25 August 2025, to expand a dedicated artificial‑intelligence data center project in Saudi Arabia from 50 MW to 250 MW of total capacity. The expansion adds 200 MW to be delivered in phases.

the total contract value after the expansion now exceeds 689% of the company's total revenue for 2025. MIS reported revenue of roughly SAR 1.27–1.30 billion for the year, implying an overall contract value with HUMAIN in the range of about SAR 8.7–9.0 billion. The regulatory filing states the post‑expansion value only relative to revenue, not as an exact figure.

The move builds on an earlier design‑and‑build contract MIS signed with HUMAIN for an AI‑dedicated private data center valued at about SAR 1.88 billion — more than 155% of the company's 2024 revenue of SAR 1.21 billion — with an original capacity of 50 MW and a 12‑month duration starting in 2026. In a separate related engagement, the two sides also signed a data center colocation services contract valued at more than 30% of MIS's 2025 total revenues, inclusive of VAT.

Why it matters

HUMAIN, backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, is building AI infrastructure in the Kingdom under a plan scalable up to 1 GW of power capacity, beginning with an initial 250 MW phase that aligns with the expanded MIS project. Larger local data center capacity supports the Kingdom's growing digital economy and cloud and AI services for businesses and government.

This is a business‑to‑business and capital‑market disclosure matter. There are no related procedures for the public through platforms such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, or توكلنا, as it concerns a corporate contract rather than an individual service.
