Move With Us Fitness Program Comes to Tabuk Park

A free community fitness initiative known as Move With Us brought residents of Tabuk together at Tabuk Central Park for a day of running, cycling, fitness activities, and health education. The program is organized by the Saudi Sports for All Federation with support from the Ministry of Sport and the Quality of Life Program.

The event combined competitive and recreational activities, featuring running, bicycle races, group fitness exercises, and health-education booths offering guidance to participants of all ages. Organizers kept participation open to the public at no cost, encouraging families and individuals across the city to take part.

Race Categories

The program's published categories include a 2-kilometer children's race for ages 6 to 12, a 5-kilometer walking or running race for ages 13 and above, a 2-kilometer wheelchair race, and a 17.2-kilometer bicycle race for ages 16 and above. The range of categories is designed to welcome different age groups and fitness levels, making the day inclusive for the whole community.

Registration is handled through the Saudi Sports for All Federation's official app or its event channels. Once registered, participants receive confirmation and event details by email.

Initiatives like Move With Us support wider national goals to promote active, healthier lifestyles and strengthen community wellbeing. By offering free access and a mix of activities, the Tabuk event gave residents a practical way to stay physically active while connecting with their neighbors.
