The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat), under the Ministry of Interior, is again offering a special commemorative passport stamp to mark the Kingdom's National Day on September 23. The stamp is applied to travelers' passports at Saudi Arabia's international ports on and around the occasion, for both arriving and departing passengers.
The stamp carries the official visual identity of the National Day. It has been issued in recent years for multiple National Days — including the 92nd, 93rd, 94th and 95th — with each year's design reflecting that year's official slogan and logo.
The service is completely free. There are no separate fees, no paid packages, and no advance booking. The stamp is applied as part of normal passport processing when travelers pass through air, land, or sea ports during the National Day period.
How to get it
Travelers cannot request the stamp through online platforms such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, or توكلنا. It is only applied physically at ports by Jawazat officers handling entry and exit procedures.
Importantly, the stamp is purely commemorative. It does not affect visa validity, residency status, or travel permissions — it serves only as a symbolic record of passing through Saudi ports on the national occasion. During National Day celebrations, ports may also welcome travelers with roses and souvenirs; these gestures are complimentary and not linked to any paid service.
As of 2026, there is no announced change introducing fees, digital applications, or booking for the stamp. For residents and visitors traveling around September 23, it remains a small, no-cost keepsake marking the Kingdom's national celebration.
