Qassim University concluded its ninth summer club on Monday, 17 August 2026, after five weeks of activities held on-campus in the Olympic Sports Complex within the university city in the Qassim region. The program was organized and supervised by the university through its student affairs and university city administration.
The summer club recorded 49,050 male and female participants and delivered 521 programs and events across 11 qualitative tracks aimed at students from various educational stages. Registration was open to students across different stages through the university's own channels and website.
Eleven tracks for students of all stages
The 2026 edition was built around 11 tracks: national and intellectual security, skill, entrepreneurial and innovative, educational, sports, entertainment, technical, social and community, competitive, cultural and linguistic, and artistic and creative. Participants were grouped by age bands used in earlier seasons, covering younger children through youth.
The club is presented as a university-operated community initiative, with no published fee schedule announced for this year's edition. Compared with the previous eighth summer club, the main continuity is the refined 11-track structure that shapes the program's offerings.
For families in the Qassim region, the summer club continues to serve as a large-scale seasonal outlet for students, combining educational, sports, cultural, and creative activities in a single supervised setting during the summer break.
