Saudi Cybersecurity Market Hits SAR 16.3 Billion in 2025

Saudi Arabia's cybersecurity market reached SAR 16.3 billion in 2025, recording compound annual growth of 10.7% between 2023 and 2025, as both public and private sectors expand their investments in digital protection.

The private sector led spending with SAR 11.2 billion, accounting for 69% of the total market, while government-sector spending reached SAR 5.1 billion, or 31%. The balance reflects growing demand among businesses to safeguard operations, data, and customers across a rapidly digitising economy.

Spending was split closely between products and services. Cybersecurity products made up SAR 8.3 billion, or 51% of the market, while cybersecurity services accounted for SAR 7.9 billion, or 49%. The near-even split points to steady demand for both technology tools and specialist expertise.

Why it matters

The sector contributed approximately SAR 20 billion to Saudi Arabia's GDP in 2025, underlining its growing economic weight. For residents and businesses alike, stronger cybersecurity means safer digital services, from banking and e-commerce to the government platforms millions rely on daily.

As more services move online, continued investment in protection is expected to support confidence in the Kingdom's expanding digital economy.
